“I had already started a loan application with another company when Justin Clark from Direct Finance contacted me and proposed that I file with him as well and take whatever loan turned out to fit my needs best.
He said he takes the runner up position often, and closes many of those loans with better terms and closing times.
With a lot less hassle than the other company he was the first ready to close and at a rate .3% better than the opposition.
It’s a thirty-year fixed that I plan to pay on a 15 Year amortization schedule, and I can always revert to the thirty-year payment schedule. All said and done this is a five star result if ever I’ve seen one.

Justin was different. Not pushy, he was polite, knowledgeable and mostly friendly. He listened patiently to our goals and always stressed he wants to be transparent.
